The USKSF North Region is proud to announce the inclusion of the award for Best Male and Best Female Taolu Competitor for this years event.

The criteria for competitors to qualify for this award is as follows:

• Must compete in the Adult (18 and over) Advanced Taolu divisions (External Styles).
• Must compete in Short Weapon, Long Weapon (Northern or Southern), Open Weapon and Handset (Northern or Southern).
• The competitor with the most accrued points wins the award.

The point system is as follows:

• 5 Points for a GOLD medal
• 3 Points for a SILVER medal
• 2 Points for a BRONZE medal
• 1 Point for a 4th place finish

NOTE: The award will be given out at the closing ceremonies.
