After the USKSF North Region referee training held on 4/29/06 adjustments have been made to the rules of the Continuous Light Contact Sparring Divisions.

The main change in the rules is that in the ADULT ADVANCED DIVISIONS light contact to the head will be allowed. The contact cannot draw blood or break the skin, if either occur the contestant is disqualified.

Youth and Adult Beginner divisions will remain with no contact to the head.
